Alberto Arroyo
Alberto Arroyo is an indigenous Mexica (Aztec) from Mexico, coming from a long family line of curanderos working with the tobacco plant. From childhood, he learned the art of healing and spirit work from his grandmother. Alberto has served the Hikuri medicine since his initiation in Wirikuta 20 years ago, training closely with both the Wixarika people and the Teocalli Quetzalcoatl since he was a teenager. He runs the Half Moon Altar ceremony in family equilibrium with his wife Anna Bariyani, who supports with songs and water prayer and 17 years of experience, service, and dedication to the path of sacred plants. Their altar is a powerful source of healing and prayer, teaching the art of sacred companionship and sharing the blessing of a healthy family.
